The basic refrigeration cycle involves the condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, and compressor. At the beginning, the compressor compresses the refrigerant and then pushes it through the different parts of the system. The condenser then rejects any unwanted heat coming from the system, and the expansion valve is responsible for expanding the refrigerant. Finally, the evaporator absorbs any unwanted heat collected from the system, and it also produces the actual cooling, which is distributed through the system.
